What does ACTIE mean?

An association with a wide range of activities;

An organization with 10 years of experience, acquired in actions implemented in the period 2004-2014;

The team and volunteers have diverse backgrounds, have different age and education;

We support young people wishing to participate in various projects, an opportunity for those who want to change something around them.

The main goal of the Cross-border Cooperation and European Integration Agency is to foster the involvement of the local and regional stakeholders in the regional development and the cross-border cooperation related issues.

The main activities comprise:

Contribute to sustainable economic development in the border region;

Development of local and regional infrastructure;

Development of human resources through training and information campaigns;

Develop tourism in the region;

Implement projects related to the protection of the environment;

Promoting and disseminating good practices to the general public, by developing social, educational, cultural, recreational programs in accordance with the interests and aspirations of the final beneficiaries;

Initiation and development of sustainable partnership relations with similar structures in the country and abroad, to promote the objectives and principles of association;

Organizing best practices exchange with similar organizations.
